Our complaints process is designed to address your concerns promptly, fairly, and in accordance with industry standards.
What Is a Complaint?
A complaint is a concern regarding dissatisfaction with our service, including issues related to our operations, staff conduct, or the handling of a situation. This is different from a standard appeal.
What Is an Appeal?
An appeal is a formal challenge to a Parking Charge if you believe it was issued incorrectly. Appeals must follow the procedure outlined on your notice or on our website and cannot be processed through our complaint’s procedure.

To ensure your complaint is handled efficiently, please submit it in writing and include the following details:
- Your full name
- Your postal address, including postcode
- The reference number of the Parking Charge (if applicable)
- Your vehicle registration number (if applicable)
- A clear description of your complaint
Please send your written complaint to address above
